Percy Sales Events’ Diamond Package, our full service event design and planning services, includes every aspect from innovative design to flawless execution. Percy Sales Events will plan your wedding or event from beginning to end, easing the stress of daily life and doing all the event leg work for you so that you can enjoy this exciting time. All you have to do is make the choices. We will manage every aspect of your wedding or event, making sure that your vision becomes a reality with the best team of vendors. We will take care of all the details making the planning process an enjoyable experience for you!

Includes:

• Unlimited staff hours on the planning and design of your wedding or event by the Percy Sales Events team
• Up to 10 face-to-face planning sessions to discuss the design, production and coordination of your event with Percy Sales
• Unlimited email support and phone consultations with Percy Sales
• Unlimited access to our wide array of vendors contacts
• Ancillary events design, planning and management (rehearsal dinner, after wedding brunch, etc)
• Assembling the best team of vendors to execute your wedding or event vision within your pre-determined budget
• Full day event coverage on wedding or event day (approximately 17 hours)
• Coverage of ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and any ancillary events pre-determined between Percy Sales Events and the client
• Oversee and negotiate all contracts on your behalf
• Schedule and attend all vendor meetings including food tastings, floral design, and cake tasting with you

Pearl Package

Percy Sales Events’ Pearl Package is for the client that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding or event themselves, but simply needs someone to manage the big day, tie up loose ends, provide last minute design ideas or vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly… freeing them to enjoy their own event. Percy Sales Events will take care of all the final details including working with your vendor choices and making sure that everything is in place and ready to go for your wedding or event. You don't have to be concerned with whether or not the vendors show-up, if the centerpieces are on the tables, when to make your grand entrance or when to cut the cake...leave it in our capable hands to orchestrate the magic you've created.

• Unlimited wedding day guidance and vendor referrals as needed by email or phone with Percy Sales
• Up to 4 face-to-face planning sessions to discuss your wedding or event details and to finalize event
• Full day event coverage on wedding or event day (approximately 17 hours)
• Final vendor meeting to assure smooth running of your wedding or event
• Confirming vendors for your wedding and finalizing last minute details and financial commitments
• Final walkthrough of your wedding or event venue

Jade Package

Percy Sales Events’ Jade Package is for the client who has completely planned their entire wedding or event from beginning to end, but needs someone to manage and execute the day. This is Percy Sales Events’ solution to the day of coordination. Percy Sales feels that we cannot do justice in managing your wedding day or event by simply showing up on the day it occurs. We would like to know as much of the details of your event so we can execute your vision exactly how you have designed it. We will take over the management of your wedding or event one week before, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the week to come! Don’t worry about a thing - because Percy Sales Events will ensure that your event runs smoothly as if we planned it ourselves.

Includes:

• One face-to-face planning session to discuss your wedding or event details and to finalize event
• Full day event coverage on wedding or event day (approximately 17 hours)
• Final vendor meeting to assure smooth running of your wedding or event
• Finalizing last minute details and financial commitments
• Final walkthrough of your wedding or event venue

Standard Event Services

• Confirmation of all vendors to ensure everything is in place for your wedding or event
• On-site management of all vendors including set-up, execution, and breakdown
• Oversee proper set-up and design of event areas
• Distribute all final payments and tips to vendors
• Creation of a detailed wedding or event logistics timeline and distributed to all vendors
• Coordination of your rehearsal the day prior to your wedding
• Organization of the ceremony processional and recessional and instruction of attendants/bridal party of their duties
• Distribution of personal floral for bridal party and special guests
• Make sure that all musicians have the correct musical selections for guest arrivals, family seating, processional and recessional
• On-site management of all wedding or event related aspects, such as grand entrance, toasts, first dances, cake cutting, etc
• Final wrap up of gifts and personal items and delivering to bridal suite or designated car/driver
• Ongoing communication with the client throughout the event to assure that all needs are being met
• Answer guests questions and concerns throughout the day of your event
